S Damascus K-Tip Gyuto
The K-Tip Gyuto is an absolute novelty for Lilienstahl, it is the first integral knife with linearly arranged and repeating stars embedded in a unique Damascus steel.
The integral bolster between blade and handle shows a dark blue to gray star. The whole knife is made from one solid piece of Damascus.
With a blade thickness of 1.8 mm, the Gyuto is a real lightweight.
The secondary cutting bevel is applied at 2/10 blade thickness and gives the cooking tool a snappy cut and very low cutting resistance.
