Soundwave Santoku 215 Walnut Burl
The Santoku made in our Soundwave pattern is a very large chef's knife, but its blade thickness makes it a real lightweight.
The Kukasian walnut handle picks up the pattern from the Damascus steel again and continues it in a natural way to the end of the handle.
The Damascus steel has a hardness of 63 HRC and is forged from 4 different steels, in our opinion the best materials for chef's knives.
A specially developed treatment process gives the steel the properties to achieve many times the usual commercial edge retention.
Our aim is not only to produce an exceptional cooking tool, but also to express our ideas through the further development and combination of special materials and to create a special cutting experience.
100% of the added value was created in the Lilienstahl manufacture in Austria.
